In 1947, at Princeton University, the brilliant but socially awkward young mathematician John Nash develops his revolutionary “Game Theory,” a concept that challenges a century of economic dogma. After earning his doctorate and securing a prestigious position at MIT, Nash is recruited by a mysterious Department of Defense agent, William Parcher, for high-stakes code-breaking work during the Cold War. However, his life spirals into chaos as he begins to suffer from schizophrenia, struggling to distinguish vivid delusions from reality. Supported by the unwavering love of his wife, Alicia, Nash embarks on a grueling, decades-long battle to reclaim his mind and his place in the academic world.
